Dr. Francis Fagjot John is a results-driven leader and strategic visionary, steering AdExist toward growth, innovation, and meaningful community impact. As Executive Director, he manages over $2 million in community integration and merchandise distribution, ensuring resources create measurable benefits.
Combining academic insight with practical expertise, he fosters collaboration, empowers teams, and champions programs that build skills, confidence, and leadership for lasting success.
CEO, Hope Africa & LinkeRadio
Christopher Michael is a broadcasting innovator and CEO of AdExist and LinkeRadio, leading certification programs that blend hands-on training, mentorship, and industry credentials to launch careers in radio and podcasting. In partnership with GTCMA Nationwide Broadcasting School, he champions a mentor-apprentice model at real stations across the U.S., equipping students with on-air skills, polished demos, and direct job placement support.
Passionate about flexibility and accessibility, Christopher is committed to shaping the next generation of voices in music, talk, news, and sports broadcasting.
